I graduated as a finance and accounting clerk, then I worked as an accountant assistant.
I joined the Flow Team as internal financial staff in March 2015.
My main tasks are: billing and other administrative issues to deal with.

I have been working for the Flow Group as a financial associate since January 2009. I am responsible for the financial administration of Flow Group member companies in my role as a Flow Team member.
I joined the Flow in the fall of 2015, I work here az a backoffice manager.
I had the opportunity to work as a personal assistant before, I was involved in a building of a community shopping webpage and I also tried myself in the film making industry.
I am a voluteer in Hero Square Initiative almost from its beginning. That is why I came here gladly, as I like to work around people who’s goal is to help others work and development.
I graduated as an economist and started my career at international hotel firm. I worked together with the regional and local management and I was involved in different sales and sales strategy related projects. I had the luck to study in Belgium, where I took part in a graduate program at the renowned KU Leuven. I moved to Berlin, to gain more international experience and I worked at an online marketing firm, where I was responsible for the Hungarian sales operations and some CEE projects.
I joined Flow Group in 2015 as a Promote brand manager I am working closely together with our consultants and my (personal) goal is to make trainings more efficient and measurable

I have been working for organization development companies since 1993. I worked at PPL Consulting for 5 years after 1993.
I joined Manmore Consulting as an office manager in 1998 and have since also been involved in the preparation and organization of programs as a training assistant.
I have been a member of the Flow Group since 2002 and have assisted launching its Budapest office.
Since 2010, I have acted as a project assistant as a member of the Flow BackOffice.
As a member of Flow I’m an organisationdevelopmentconsultant, trainer and coach. I support change and development mostly at top management level during my work.
My specializations include first of allthe development of management, supporting the strategic and operative planning processes of our parters, and leadership.
I have spent 25 years attheFMCG sector. I have reached success during these years at working through and implementing complex organizational changes.Earlier I workedas a SalesDirectorby SCA Hygiene Products Hungary and by Unilever, as a General Manager by Imperial Tobacco and byStarBev Hungary, asthe CEO of theCarnibona Ltd., and as a RetailDirectorby MOL Hungary. I have been an active contributor to Flow Group efforts since 2007. When I joined the team my duties were related to organizing the modules of the Organization Development and Change Management Consultants (SZEVA) course and the Flow Management Academy (FMA). I also added providing training assistance to other courses as the years passed. In 2008, I was certified as a Manager of Adult Training Accreditation Systems and have since been responsible for jobs related to the Accreditation of Institutions, accounting for vocational training contribution and the administration of adult trainings. I also play an active role in preparing Flow Group tenders.
I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of Pázmány Péter Catholic University. As a student I was working in various positions, those experiences helped me a lot in my later career.
I am member of Flow Group since 2008. At the beginning I worked in the Training Center (TRC), then from 2011 I administrated on the Financial Department. After my maternity leave, in May, 2015 I returned as Financial Assistant. Half year later I joined the Hungarian team of Human Synergistics, currently I’m supporting our accredited consultants as a project coordinator. I am also responsible for coordination of other training tools, such as GPOP/MBTI, ARP, ARPe and CAS questionnares.
